Rider Advancement Fund
We got you covered
A local member of the Minnesota cycling community, Hai Truong, has started a fund to help cover some of the costs for younger cyclists and marginalized groups. These funds are be used for USA Cycling race licenses, either one day or towards full year licenses, for juniors, BIPOC riders, and LGBTQ+ riders!
Grant values are a flat $40.
We currently have 21 grants available at the time of this writing (5/22 @ 1pm) and we will do our best to keep the fund availability posted.
Applying is simple! Just click the link on this page, fill out the form, and once the MCF Board of Directors have received your qualifying application, we will reach out to coordinate how to make the disbursement. This can be done via PayPal, Venmo, or check. We will do our best to have disbursements sent out within 48 hours.
The funds are here to be used, we encourage you to apply! And we need to say a MASSIVE THANK YOU to Hai and all of his hard work on the Gold Sprints nights to fund this program!!
Separate of this, the code INTROMEMB25 can be used to save $60 off the cost of a USAC adult race license!
Help is always appreciated!
